Our multi-site network is spread across the country with customers utilising our services from all reaches on both a national and international
scale. As a carrier we're large enough to offer as good or better service quality than other traditional major carriers, but small enough to
offer easy access to competent on-call technical support.

Our network interconnects with carriers such as BT, C&W and Telstra. This variety gives our network complete diversity and allows each inbound
or outbound call to take any number of routes to reach its destination.
All our services can be accessed via the web, providing self-service control of where your calls are routed 24 hours a day, and real time details
about the calls you have received. Each Customers' services are individual solutions supported in the network, which grow organically with the business.
Our ambition is to banish the requirement for customer premises-based equipment.
Porting:
TelXL presently have portability with BT, and many of the major carriers for both geographic and non-geographic numbers.
