Call Routing and IVR

  • We offer the most basic call forwarding services through to out-of-the-box self-service products that route calls based on time of day, menu options and attempt multiple destinations with voicemail, email and SMS notifications.

  • Operator/agent based routing:
  • For call centre, multi-site and remote home worker situations, we have services which can queue callers and route calls to agents based on your chosen options. These services are designed to be able to handle high call volumes and built to five nines service availability, allowing you to manage campaigns distributed across a number of sites. A range of features exist to allow you to track operator log-in time, to view the queue of callers and the status of the operators, all in real-time, as well as software for the operators to run on their PCs to access call scripts and data capture.

  • Bespoke IVR:
  • Our more advanced services allow you, the reseller, to configure your own IVR solutions using our web site to meet your customers' exact needs using dozens of building blocks including menus, messages, queues, time switches, Region Mapping, credit card processing and many others.

  • Self-service provisioning and configuration:

  • Call reporting and statistics:

  • Reseller and customer billing and tariffing:
  • We don't just work out your bill in real time, but our billing system can also calculate apportionments for your resellers (if any) and the customers.     Desktop and 3rd party integration


  • Intelligent data-aware IVR:
  • Our standard product range includes options to collect data from callers, store this data and make it available to download from our web site in CSV and Excel format along with call details.

  • Real-time interaction with remote systems:
  • Our systems can be configured to start phone calls at the request of a remote system, using HTTP requests, emails, SMSs or bespoke links between the systems. The resulting data can be sent back as soon as the call ends by the same methods. Using standard XML and CSV data formats, this allows us to easily interoperate with virtually any external system.

  • Desktop software add-ons:

    Infrastructure and reseller support


  • Licensed UK telco.
  • We are an independent UK telco with our own infrastructure and interconnect agreements with BT and other providers, meaning that we are not dependant on any single organisation for our network to work. We can host other "virtual" telcos with their own number ranges on our network if required.

  • De-centralised network.
  • Our network services are based on three sites across the UK (Birmingham, London, and Manchester) and one in Dublin, connecting to seven different telecoms providers and another six Internet service providers, allowing us to provide continuous service as your customers expect. Every aspect of our network is monitored, with engineers answerable to faults 24 hours a day.

  • Reseller support and training.
  • We don't deal with your end users unless specifically requested otherwise, but train and support you to use our services to fulfil your customer requirements. You'll find our staff well trained, friendly and ready to deal with telecoms industry professionals at your own level.

  • Your customers only see your company branding.
